I arrived here on the 13th September and was overwhelmed by the presence of God. It seemed like coming home after a long time – I was embraced with a big hug by Clive in the church meeting on Sunday – I always felt at home here. After what the Lord has done in our lives (Me and my wife Abhilasha) at the Eagle Wings school of the heart, our lives have not been the same again.
I have visited several churches while I have been here, on the weekend to start with was Fathers House Shaftesbury, then Weymouth church and the Fathers House in Bath. I also visited the church in Sturminster Newton on the last Sunday. And in the last week of September I visited Vic Owens in Wales. It has all together been a wonderful time here in England. I have enjoyed my visit and felt welcomed by the people with their love and care.
During my visit I had an opportunity to host a curry night at the Fathers House Centre on the 28th September. I cooked a meal for many of the people. This curry night was run as a fund raiser for our school in India – Tabernacle Public School – which is run by our people back home in Gorgon, India. Thank you so much for the money that has already been raised from this evening. To find out more about how the school started and our goals for the future please take a look at the article on Tabernacle Public School.
During the curry evening Raymond also shared his vision for building a bible college in India….
The vision for the bible college in India.
As you would know through Clive and the Fathers House Shaftesbury the Lord has enabled us to reach many churches and ministries in India after Clives visit and through what the Holy Spirit has done in the lives of Pastors and churches, namely in the Himalayas and other places. There has been an outpouring of the Holy Spirit like never before; lives of many have been transformed tremendously. Most of them are young people who now want to reach out to others like them.
The lord has inspired us, by the Holy Spirit, to start a bible college in our city near our church. We would very much appreciate your prayers and your support to buy the land to build the college on. The cost would be close to be £100,000. The pic is below. The building would then be built by our church in India through these contributions. The bible college would be run by people from Shaftesbury, under guidance of Clive with regard to curriculum, and also by our people in India. In this way we would be empowering many people with the wonderful work of Jesus through the Holy Spirit. If the Lord speaks to you with regard to this please talk to Clive about how you can contribute towards it.
