As many of you know, Andrew and I spent 2 years living and working in South Africa before our children were born. For some time now we have been feeling stirred about going back to visit our old friends there and go to the church that we helped to plant in the Free State, and in Lesotho. The time we spent there really shaped us as a couple and set our hearts on fire for Africa and the nations. This is something we feel is very important for our family to share with us.
So we are taking a brave step and going back for three and a half weeks this spring! We have booked our flights for 13th March.
We really don’t know what completely Gods plan is for this trip but we know he has opened the door for us to go. The church we used to work in is in the middle of the country on the Lesotho boarder, situated in the High Velt of the Free State. They have invited us to be at their conference while we are there and to visit the village churches. We also plan to drive to the coast and visit friends there too and trust that God will lead us to those He wants us to see.
This is a huge leap of faith for us as a family especially our children. We would very much appreciate your prayers and support as we embark on this adventure. Watch this space for more details to come.!
